Arun seeks to share the essence of yoga through teaching methods to regulate breath. Arun wishes his students to understand the physical state to support the emotional state.

Arun attended his first yoga class at ten years old. He has dedicated years to learning, training, and teaching capoeira, and he got back in touch with yoga at the age of 28 in Goa, India. Yoga teaches him to stay in tune with himself and nature. His practice includes Ashtanga, Vinyasa yoga, Capoeira, Qi Gong, and Pranayama. Arun strives to live by the principles of Ashtanga.

Arun also shares tapasya and the essence of yoga through his teaching of regulated breath and yoga postures. He wishes his students to explore the power of focus.
